What if I received damaged merchandise?Updated a year ago
We take every possible measure before shipment to get the item delivered safely. If damage happens beyond control but is repairable we have a team of repair professionals across the country that will come to your home to repair. If the item is not fixable we will ship a new unit to you. No matter what furniture orders must be accepted upon delivery. If an order is returned to us because of refused delivery we will charge the appropriate return cost and deduct from refund.
Step 1: Document any concealed damages with photos and note the damage on the POD before signing, ie, box has been tampered with.
Step 2: Document any unconcealed damages with photos, i.e., chipped, dented or scratched items.
Step 3: Please contact [email protected] within 48 house of delivery of any order issues.
Step 4: Expect a response from customer service within 24-48 hours for next steps to see if you are eligible for a replacement or if your item is repairable.
